Symposium Dinner

Date and Place

The Symposium Dinner will take place on Wednesday 27 September at Borsari, 201 Lygon Street, Carlton (phone: 9349 1444), from 7pm.

Price

A set menu will be served. The cost of dinner is included in the registration fee, so there is no cost to symposium participants. The price for guests is $55.00 per person.

Insalata di Salmone - served on a bed of rocket drizzled with virgin oil & a touch of balsamic vinegar
Calamare Piccante - char-grilled with zucchini strips, cherry tomatoes & black olives tossed in fresh mint, basil, touch of chilli, olive oil & lemon juice
Penne al Pesto e Pistacchio Nuts - penne pan tossed in a fine salsa of pesto & pistacchio nuts

Rib eye of beef cooked to perfection accompanied by a sauce of whole mushrooms, onion, garlic & red wine

Fish of the day char grilled and served with lemon olive oil dressing
